Festivals of elemental displays light up cities, and the air itself hums with ley lines channeled into wondrous inventions.

Cities and Settlements: Towering citadels of white marble and crystal, each crowned by arcane colleges and weather‐warding wards. Manor districts of manicured gardens and engraved boulevards radiate from magically powered pulse‐cores, while secret conclaves hide beneath hidden portals.
