This finely crafted buckler is as much a weapon as it is a shield. Forged from lightweight yet durable metals, it spins through the air like a razor-edged discus. The Bladewind Aegis grants a +1 bonus to AC when worn and can also be thrown as a weapon.
When thrown, you can use Strength or Dexterity for attack rolls, dealing 1d8 slashing damage with a range of 3 sqr. / 12 sqr. (4.5m / 18m). After being thrown, the shield ricochets back to its owner’s hand.
