Once per day, as an action, the wearer can stomp the ground, causing a localized tremor in a 6 sqr. (15m) radius. Creatures within this radius must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone. Once this property is used, it can’t be used again until the next dawn.
