Wondrous Item Rare ()
These tiny objects resemble feathers, each designed to have a single-use magical effect. Different types of Quaal’s Feather Tokens exist, each providing a unique effect when used.

Anchor
You can use an action to touch the token to a boat or ship. For the next 24 hours, the vessel cannot be moved by any means. Touching the token to the vessel again ends the effect. When the effect ends, the token disappears.
Bird
You can use an action to toss the token 1 sqr. (2m) into the air. The token disappears, and a multicolored bird takes its place. The bird has the statistics of a roc, obeys your commands, and cannot attack. It can carry up to 250 kgs at a speed of 24 kms per hour, or up to 1.000 kgs at half that speed. It disappears after flying its maximum distance in a day, when it drops to 0 hit points, or if dismissed as an action.
Fan
If you are on a boat or ship, you can use an action to toss the token up to 2 sqr. (3m) into the air. The token disappears, and a giant fan appears, filling the sails of the ship and increasing its speed by 7.5 kms per hour for 8 hours. You can dismiss the fan as an action.
Swan Boat
You can use an action to touch the token to a body of water at least 12 sqr. (18m) in diameter. The token disappears, and a 10 sqr. (15m)-long, 4 sqr. (6m)-wide swan-shaped boat appears. The boat moves across the water at 9 kms per hour and can carry up to thirty-two Medium creatures (or the equivalent in larger creatures). The boat remains for 24 hours or until dismissed as an action.
Tree
You can use an action to touch the token to the ground while outdoors. A 12 sqr. (18m)-tall nonmagical oak tree springs into existence, with a 1 sqr. (2m)-diameter trunk and branches spreading in a 4 sqr. (6m)-radius at the top.
Whip
You can use an action to throw the token to a point within 2 sqr. (3m) of you. A floating whip appears, and you can use a bonus action to make a melee spell attack (+9 attack bonus) against a creature within 2 sqr. (3m) of the whip. On a hit, the target takes 1d6 + 5 force damage. You can move the whip 4 sqr. (6m) and repeat the attack as a bonus action on subsequent turns. The whip lasts for 1 hour, until dismissed, or until you are incapacitated or die.
