This wand has 7 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast Entangle (1 charge) or Call Lightning (3 charges) from the wand. The spell save DC is 15. For Call Lightning, you can increase the spell’s level by 1 for each additional charge you expend.

Alternatively, you can expend 2 charges to summon a small burst of natural energy that causes roots to briefly spring from the ground, entangling a creature within 6 sqr. (9m). The target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be restrained until the end of your next turn.

The wand regains 1d6 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand crumbles into dirt and is destroyed.
