Associated Ability: Wisdom
When you need to calm a trained animal, prevent your mount from getting frightened, or understand an animal’s behavior, the GM may ask for a Wisdom (Animal Handling) check. This check is also used when you’re trying to maintain control of your mount during risky maneuvers.
