You exhale a dense, shimmering fog infused with calming energy that fills a 4 sqr. (6m) radius sphere centered on a point within range. The fog lightly obscures the area, and all creatures of your choice within the sphere regain 1d8 hit points at the start of their turn.
While in the fog, creatures of your choice also gain advantage on saving throws against being frightened or charmed. The fog smells faintly of sweet herbs and induces a mellow, serene feeling in those it heals.
Any creature that remains in the fog for more than 3 consecutive turns becomes “high” for 1 hour. While high, the creature has disadvantage on Intelligence and Wisdom checks and advantage on Charisma checks. Additionally, they feel unusually creative and may have vivid, harmless hallucinations.
