You have mastered techniques for fighting effectively without weapons. You gain the following benefits:
- Your unarmed strikes deal 1d6 + your Strength modifier in damage, instead of your Strength modifier.
- You gain proficiency with improvised weapons. When using an improvised weapon with one hand, it deals a minimum of 1d8 + your Strength modifier in damage. When wielding it with two hands, it deals a minimum of 1d10 + your Strength modifier in damage.
- You have advantage on ability checks to initiate or escape a grapple. Additionally, when you start your turn grappled or restrained, the creature grappling you takes bludgeoning damage equal to your Strength modifier.
